I will be leading Children’s Yoga Nidra for around 20/25 minutes, including a breath work warm up, followed by stories and calm crafts ~ Mandala colouring, hand made/chemical free playdough, and group gratitude tree art.

Children and adults (if participating), will need to bring a cosy blanket to cover themselves, a mat under is they wish, a pillow for under their heads, something over their eyes if they have something (I will dim the room also) and their favourite cuddly teddy.

Yoga Nidra is usually performed completely still, I understand children may like to move position a little during the session and this is fine but they will also need to remain laying down during the practise so as not to disturb others. The practise will be story based and child appropriate.
