Rest and Regrow is about making space and time for rest using the ancient practise and guided meditation Yoga Nidra. We all live in the busy modern world of more: more productivity, more screen time, more everything but I want to promote less. Less filling each moment, more rest and more time spent on the things we love.
Regular rest can awaken your creativity, lower stress and draw on the body’s natural ability for recovery and repair. During practise, you connect deeply to the heart and leave the mind.
Physical and mental benefits are vast, everyone and anyone can enjoy this experience regardless of physical fitness level or age. My passion is to share this with as many people as I can so they too can enjoy the benefits rest brings.
