3 Yoga Nidras, rest, release and rise, with a chance for personal journaling between. Carving out time and a restful space in the comfort of your own home for true extended rest. Guided by myself, pop your headphones in, switch off your phone and put your busy sign up and make this time for you. Supported by pillows and blankets, grab a pencil and paper and brain dump anything you wish during moments between for journaling. This is your time
Rest – short Yoga Nidra to get into the space and recharge a little
Release – A medium Yoga Nidra to give an invitation to release something you may be holding onto.
Rise – A longer Yoga Nidra practise, a chance to recover from daily life and implant some energy into where you want to give attention to in your life.
