This day will be based around three Yoga Nidra practises. A short session to arrive and recover from exhaustion. REST

A medium session to release anything you feel drawn to and a longer session after lunch to bring some Spring energy and tap into your hearts desires. RELEASE

A longer Nidra practise with a Summer theme

This is a great chance to make scheduled rest for yourself, come back to who you are, in a safe and held environment.

A chance to let go, listen to what comes up for you and come away feeling refreshed and replenished.

No expectations, all optional and no experience needed.

Circles before and after for sharing and reflection (optional). Teas and snacks provided.

Breathwork, creativity, interaction, friendship, connection, journaling.

Price is £50 from 10.30am until 3pm.
