Full day Women’s Yoga Nidra retreat and 3D Journal crafting

This event will include:-

3 Yoga Nidra sessions with tea, circle sharing and snacks and cake between

Lunch together (not provided)

Ending with a craft to make your own 3D journal.

Yoga Nidra sessions will be from a short, medium to long practise and in the theme of Rest, release and Rise. Using this time to let go and rebuild and nurturing what makes us happy and gives us joy, using the clarity and power of Yoga Nidra rest.

This will be a safe and confidential space, participating in sharing will be optional and everyone’s feelings and words are honoured and without judgement.
