Rest, Release and Rise Women’s Yoga Nidra Day
A day long, three stage YOGA NIDRA offering.

This day will be based around three Yoga Nidra practises, starting with a shorter offering ending with the longest. Based around three themes, rest, release and rise.
Circles before and after for sharing and reflection. Teas, cake and snacks provided.
Breathwork, creativity, art, interaction, friendship, connection.
Lunch together (not provided).
Ending with an amazing craft where we are let loose and total freedom for art journaling (all resources provided not art skills needed)
Price is £70 from 10.30am until 4.30pm. There is an option also to split this payment and pay two lots of £35.
