A handmade (by me) with love (from me) boxed kit, containing everything you need to fully experience a rest retreat from the comfort of your home (or may be a friends home). Can be enjoyed together or alone.
Boxes will be plastic free, vegan and contain only natural ingredients.
Each kit will include a fully guided rest programme with everything you need to fully experience a restful retreat. Duration, approx, 2 hours long so you can hopefully find the time more easily and more frequently in your month/week.
They can be purchased for yourself or for a friend or relative.
Boxes will be contain a comprehensive instruction booklet taking you through your retreat step by step. Kits will include a breath work session, journaling, Yoga Nidra recording, bath/foot salt and herbal bags, herbal tea blends, self massage guide with oils, home made candle, ceremonial indulgent elixir, music and affirmation cards.
